RUSAL (00486) has announced that the Board of Directors has approved the following changes to several committees effective November 13, 2025: (i) Mr. Timothy Talkington has been appointed as a member of the Audit Committee and Compliance Committee respectively; and (ii) Mr. Vladimir Cherniavskii has been appointed as a member of the Remuneration Committee and the Corporate Governance and Nomination Committee respectively.
