Cssc Offshore & Marine Engineering (00317) announced that, in accordance with Articles 106 and 107 of the Articles of Association of China Shipbuilding Offshore and Defence Equipment Limited, the company recently held a staff meeting to elect Mr. Nie Lijun (Mr. Nie) as the employee representative director of the 11th Board of Directors of the company. His term of office will start from November 13, 2025 and will continue until the end of the 11th Board of Directors.
