JD-SW (09618) announced that its subsidiary JD LOGISTICS Co., Ltd. (02618) has appointed Mr. Wang Zhenhui as its Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director, replacing Mr. Hu Wei, with effect from November 13, 2025. Mr. Hu has resigned from his position as Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director of JD LOGISTICS, as he will be taking on other roles within the JD Group.
