WING TAI PPT(00369): SOUTHWATER HONG KONG LIMITED successfully completed refinancing of banking financing.

WING TAI PPT (00369) announced that on November 13, 2025, the company (as the guarantor) and Southwater Hong Kong Limited (a joint venture company of the company) entered into a financing agreement with several financial institutions (as the original lenders) for a total amount of HKD 6.111 billion for term loan financing for refinancing by some banks. The company's equity interest in the borrower is 50%. The final maturity date of the financing shall be the earlier of: (a) 12 months after the date of the financing agreement; and (b) 6 months after the borrower, acting as a developer, obtains the completion certificate for the development project.
