LUDASHI (03601) subscribed for a structured deposit product worth 50 million yuan.

LUDASHI (03601) announced that, in order to fully utilize the Group's idle funds to obtain better returns, on November 13, 2025, its subsidiary Chengdu Mijia You entered into a structured deposit product agreement XLVIII with China Merchants Bank. Under this agreement, Chengdu Mijia You agreed to subscribe to RMB 50 million of structured deposit products from China Merchants Bank. The subscription funds are the redeemed principal under structured deposit product agreement XLVII.
