USPACE TECH (01725) has announced that Mr. Chen You'an and Mr. Lu Huasheng have been appointed as executive directors, effective from November 12, 2025.
His Highness Shaikh Mohammed Maktoum Juma Al-Maktoum has resigned from his position as executive director for personal reasons, effective from August 18, 2025. Following his resignation, His Highness Shaikh Mohammed Maktoum Juma Al-Maktoum will no longer serve as Deputy Chairman of the Board. Mr. Chen You'an has been appointed as Deputy Chairman of the Board, effective from November 12, 2025.
