CORNERSTONE TEC (08391) completed the issuance of a total of 23.76 million shares for private placement.

CORNERSTONE TEC (08391) announced that all conditions of the placement agreement were met on November 6, 2025, and the placement was completed on November 12, 2025. A total of 23.736 million shares were placed in accordance with the terms of the placement agreement at a price of HK$0.57 per share, and were allotted and issued to no fewer than six subscribers, representing approximately 2.35% of the enlarged share capital of the company after completion of the placement.
