(referred to as "Juanci Investment") and other limited partners, has jointly invested in Wenzhou Juanying No.24 Entrepreneurship Investment Partnership Enterprise (limited partnership), with a focus on equity investment in industries such as hard technology, new energy, and new materials. The total investment amount of the partnership is 62.3 million yuan, with the company as a limited partner contributing 6.25 million yuan in capital, representing a 10.03% ownership stake.
Both parties have good business resources in their respective fields, and the signing of the agreement will facilitate business cooperation. The industry fund model will help the company seize opportunities in the carbon capture and mineral powder industry, expand and improve its industrial layout, and advance strategic implementation and long-term development.
