Tianqi Lithium Corporation(09696): Chilean court rejects Tianqi's lawsuit request.

Tianqi Lithium Corporation (09696) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Tianqi Chile, filed a lawsuit in a Chilean court on July 26, 2024, against CMF for a decision made on June 18, 2024. The Chilean court held a hearing on May 14, 2025. On November 12, 2025, Tianqi Chile received a judgment from the Chilean court dismissing its lawsuit. According to Chilean law, this judgment is not final. SQM signed a partnership agreement with Codelco without the approval of its shareholders, which has harmed Tianqi Chile's voting rights and related shareholder rights as a SQM shareholder. The company will fully assess the situation within the bounds of the law and may consider taking further action (including but not limited to appealing) to protect the interests of the shareholders.
