VIRTUAL MIND (01520) Announcement: As of November 12, 2025, Ms. Yang Lihua has resigned as an independent non-executive director and is no longer a member of the Audit Committee, Nomination Committee, and Remuneration Committee; Mr. Zhang Botao has been appointed as an independent non-executive director and a member of the Audit Committee, Nomination Committee, and Remuneration Committee; Ms. Ge Mei has been appointed as a non-executive director and a member of the Nomination Committee; and Mr. Li Yang, an executive director, is no longer a member of the Nomination Committee.
