LAM SOON (HK) (00411) announced that Dr. Wong Sheung Che has retired from the board of directors due to reaching retirement age. Mr. Wong Ka Chun, Silver Bauhinia Star, Justice of the Peace, has stepped down from the board of directors and will no longer serve as the chairman of the board's remuneration committee or as a member of the board's audit and risk management committee, effective after the shareholders' annual general meeting on November 12, 2025. Mr. Wong Yat Hong has been appointed as a non-executive director of the company. Mr. Chow Siu Lam has been appointed as an independent non-executive director of the company and as a member of the board's audit and risk management committee and remuneration committee. Ms. Cheung Man Ying has been appointed as the chairman of the board's remuneration committee, effective after the shareholders' annual general meeting on November 12, 2025.
