APPOINTED CHENG Zhi Cong as Secretary of Vital Inno (06133)

VITAL INNO (06133) announces that the current company secretary, Mr. Xu Wenlong, who was appointed as the authorized representative in accordance with Rule 3.05 of the Securities Listing Rules of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited, and as the authorized person to accept legal process documents and notices on behalf of the company in Hong Kong under Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong), passed away unexpectedly on November 9, 2025. It has been resolved to appoint Mr. Zheng Zhicong to replace Mr. Xu in his positions as the company secretary, authorized representative, and legal process agent of the company, with effect from November 12, 2025.
