GF SEC (01776) announced that the second tranche of subordinated bonds issued by GF SEC Co., Ltd. for professional investors in 2022 will pay the interest and principal of bond type one "22 GF C3" from November 14, 2024 to November 13, 2025, and the interest of bond type two "22 GF C4" during the same period. Additionally, "22 GF C3" will be delisted on November 14, 2025. The first tranche of bonds has a term of 3 years, with a total issuance size of 2 billion yuan, a coupon rate of 2.86%, and an interest payment of 1,028.60 yuan (including tax) per unit (face value of 1,000 yuan) for "22 GF C3". The second tranche of bonds has a term of 5 years, with a total issuance size of 500 million yuan, a coupon rate of 3.20%, and an interest payment of 32.00 yuan (including tax) per unit (face value of 1,000 yuan) for "22 GF C4".
