Zhejiang Fuchunjiang Environmental Thermoelectric (002479.SZ) announced that on November 10, 2025, the company signed a "Joint Venture Agreement" with Yicheng Economic and Technological Development Zone Industrial Investment Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Yicheng Investment") to jointly invest 116 million yuan to establish a project company for the construction of a thermal power cogeneration project in Yicheng Economic and Technological Development Zone, Hubei Province. The company will contribute 80.85 million yuan, while Yicheng Investment will contribute 34.65 million yuan. The thermal power cogeneration project in Yicheng Economic and Technological Development Zone, Hubei Province, plans to construct two 100t/h high-temperature ultra-high-pressure circulating fluidized bed boilers with one 12MW back-pressure unit, with an estimated total investment of approximately 385 million yuan.
