China Merchants Property Operation & Service (001914.SZ) issued an announcement that the company plans to sell 60% equity of Hengyang Zhonghang Real Estate Co., Ltd. ("Hengyang Zhonghang") through public listing on the Beijing Property Exchange, with a base price of 1.6756 million RMB based on the equity valuation results provided by the assessment agency. If the valuation value of 60% equity of Hengyang Zhonghang calculated by the evaluation results filed by the authorized state-owned assets management unit is higher than 1.6756 million RMB, the base price will be based on the valuation value calculated by the authorized state-owned assets management unit.
If the equity transfer is completed, the company will no longer hold equity in Hengyang Zhonghang, and Hengyang Zhonghang will no longer be included in the company's consolidated financial statements.
