DL Holdings GP (01709) completed the issuance of 63.803 million subscribed shares.

DL HOLDINGS GP (01709) announced that, as all completion conditions of the subscription matter have been met, the subscription matter was completed on November 10, 2025. The company has issued and distributed a total of 63.803 million subscribed shares to Evergreen Wealth Investment Limited at a subscription price of HKD 3.05 per share in accordance with the terms and conditions of the subscription agreement. After deducting all expenses, costs, and fees related to the subscription matter (including but not limited to legal fees and expenses), the net proceeds of the subscription matter amount to approximately HKD 194 million. Together with the net proceeds of approximately HKD 761 million from the placement matter and the net proceeds of approximately HKD 9.56 billion from the subscription matters, the total net proceeds from the placement matter, the subscription matter, and the subsequent subscription matter amount to approximately HKD 956 million.
