YANCHENG PORT (08310) Announcement: Ms. Jing Xu (Ms. Xu) has resigned as the Corporate Secretary and Authorized Representative as per Rule 5.24 of the GEM Listing Rules and Section 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622) of the company of Hong Kong, effective from November 10, 2025. Mr. Boqiang Li (Mr. Li) has been appointed as the Corporate Secretary and Authorized Representative effective from November 10, 2025. The Board of Directors hereby announces that Fuller Mazars CPA Limited (Fuller Mazars) has resigned as the Group's auditor, effective from November 10, 2025. Furthermore, based on the recommendation of the Audit Committee, the Board of Directors has decided to appoint Bao Chun as the new auditor of the company, effective from November 10, 2025, to fill the temporary vacancy after Fuller Mazars' resignation. Bao Chun will serve until the end of the next annual shareholders' meeting of the company.
