Sichuan Express (00107) subsidiary Chengle Company has signed a temporary road property occupancy compensation agreement with Chengdu Ring West Expressway Company.

SICHUAN EXPRESS (00107) announces that on November 10, 2025, in order to promote the expansion project of the Chengle Expressway, its wholly-owned subsidiary Chengle Company signed a temporary road occupation compensation agreement with Chengdu Ring West Expressway Company. According to the terms and conditions of the temporary road occupation compensation agreement, regarding the temporary occupation of road assets related to the expansion project of the Chengdu to Leshan Expressway (G0512) Ring City Hub Interchange project involving the Chengdu Ring West Expressway (G4202) project, Chengle Company will pay Chengdu Ring West Expressway Company a road occupation compensation fee of 6.5725 million yuan (including tax) to compensate for the road assets losses incurred by Chengdu Ring West Expressway Company in the aforementioned project. The Chengle Expressway expansion project is the first eight-lane cross-city high-speed highway in Sichuan Province, as well as the first large-scale "four to eight" operation-oriented highway expansion project. The project has a total length of 136.124 kilometers, with 3 service areas, 17 toll stations, and a total investment of approximately 25.1 billion yuan, including the construction of a new double-track section, the expansion of the original road section, and a double-track section passing through the urban area of Leshan. The new double-track section is eight lanes in both directions, starting from the Chuanzang Interchange on the Third Ring Road of Chengdu and ending at Qinglongchang on the Chengya Expressway, with a length of 41.458 kilometers; the expanded original road section is eight lanes in both directions, widening along both sides of the Chengle Expressway's original route and ending at Guli Ba in the central area of Leshan, connecting to the Leyi Expressway, with a length of 86.164 kilometers; the double-track section passing through the urban area of Leshan is six lanes in both directions, starting from the Mianzhu North Hub Interchange connecting to the Qinyi Expressway, with a length of 8.502 kilometers. According to the construction design documents, the new Chengle Expressway expansion project Mainline K5+629 will have a new Ring City Hub Interchange crossing over the Chengdu Ring West Expressway. According to the construction organization plan, the construction of the Ring City Hub interchange will require the temporary occupation of various sections of the Chengdu Ring West Expressway, including inner and outer emergency lanes, shoulders, outer overtaking lanes, median strips, inner and outer overall lanes, east and west overtaking lanes, etc. In order to ensure the smooth construction of the Chengle Expressway expansion project, Chengle Company must enter into a temporary road occupation compensation agreement with Chengdu Ring West Expressway Company.
