On November 10th, the Ministry of Transport announced that in order to implement the consensus reached in the 2025 China-US Kuala Lumpur Economic and Trade Consultation, approved by the State Council, the implementation of the final measures of the 301 investigation on maritime, logistics, and shipbuilding industries towards China by the US will be temporarily suspended from 13:01 on November 10, 2025.
