Suzhou TZTEK Technology (688003.SH) announced that its controlling shareholder Qingyi Investment has donated 1.6 million shares of the company, accounting for 0.82% of the total share capital, to the Suzhou Education Development Foundation; and has also donated 6.4 million shares of the company, accounting for 3.29% of the total share capital, to the Suzhou Li Zhengdao Education and Science Foundation, with unrestricted circulation.
The implementation of this donation plan will not change the company's controlling rights, and will not have any impact on the company's governance structure, equity structure, or ongoing operations.
