The prospectus shows that Guangdong CHJ Industry established the flagship jewelry brand CHJ Guangdong CHJ Industry in 1997, using it as the cornerstone of their business to lead fashion trends. Today, the company has become a model of "national innovation" in the mainland Chinese jewelry industry. With the national intangible cultural heritage of flower silk craftsmanship as its foundation, the company has commercialized traditional crafts and recreated cultural symbols, winning numerous awards for innovation in design and craftsmanship. In 2023, the company was recognized by Forbes as the only mainland Chinese jewelry brand to be named a "national innovative brand." Guangdong CHJ Industry believes that its brand's "cultural + design dual-drive" breaks the traditional paradigm of jewelry - not only as a manufacturer of jewelry but also as a conveyer of Chinese aesthetic confidence.
