Beijing SPC Environment Protection Tech (002573.SZ) announced that the company plans to transfer 60% of its equity in its holding subsidiary Sichuan Tianchengyuan Environmental Protection Co., Ltd. ("Tianchengyuan") through a non-public agreement transfer method at a price of 237 million yuan to the company's controlling shareholder Sichuan Ecological Environmental Protection Industry Group Co., Ltd. Upon completion of the transaction, Tianchengyuan will no longer be included in the company's consolidated financial statements. This asset sale aims to strategically focus on and divest non-core businesses, further optimize resource allocation efficiency, and concentrate resources on developing the industrial flue gas treatment and water operation core business.
