Anyang Iron and Steel (600569.SH) announced that the company plans to sell its entire equity holdings in Yongtong Company and Yuhe Company to its controlling shareholder, Angang Group, in cash. The sale price will be determined based on the final valuation value in the audit report of the same accounting firm (special general partnership) and the evaluation report of Beijing Guorong Xinghua Asset Appraisal Co., Ltd. The total equity evaluation amount is RMB 955 million, and the equity transfer price calculated by the company's stake is RMB 837 million. After this transaction is completed, the company will no longer hold any equity in Yongtong Company and Yuhe Company.
