Subsidiary Shenzhen New Land Tool Planning & Architectural Design of Central Plains Environment Protection (000544.SZ) plans to invest in the construction of Zhengzhou Gao Cultural Comprehensive Center Regenerative Water Supply Project.

The board of directors of Central Plains Environment Protection (000544.SZ) has approved the proposal for investing in the construction of the Zhengzhou Gao Shenzhen New Land Tool Planning & Architectural Design Cultural Complex recycled water supply project. The company's subsidiary, Henan Xinhong Guangfu New Energy Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Xinhong Guangfu"), will invest in and construct the recycled water supply project for the Zhengzhou Gao Shenzhen New Land Tool Planning & Architectural Design Cultural Complex. The project is planned to utilize recycled water from the high-tech district micro-grid engineering, using recycled water source heat pump technology to provide cooling and heating services for the Cultural Complex. The Cultural Complex is located at the intersection of Scientific Avenue and Innovation Avenue in the High-tech Zone of Zhengzhou City, with a total construction area of approximately 156,000 square meters, including exhibition halls, meeting rooms, outdoor facilities, etc. Xinhong Guangfu is responsible for laying the recycled water supply and return pipelines, internal equipment facilities in the energy station, as well as the procurement, installation, and commissioning of cold and hot water pipelines, valves, and ancillary equipment within 1.5 meters outside the energy station. The total investment of the project is approximately 30 million yuan.
