TONGGUAN GOLD (00340) announced the acquisition of 100% equity of Rongchang Investment Limited. All preconditions under the purchase agreement have been met and the transaction was finalized on November 7, 2025. The consideration shares have been issued in accordance with the terms and conditions of the purchase agreement.
