Zoy Home Furnishing (603709.SH) announced that in order to cope with the uncertainties in the external environment, enhance the resilience and security level of the company's supply chain, and meet the expansion needs of the business, the company plans to invest $16 million in the construction of a self-built production base project in Vietnam. The total investment amount will be used for the capacity construction of the company's self-built production base project in Vietnam and necessary production and operation activities for business development, including but not limited to land purchase, construction of factory buildings and ancillary facilities, and purchase of machinery and equipment.
