HAO TIAN INTL (01341) fell over 8% again, dropping 6.38% to HK$0.132 as of press time, with a turnover of HK$189 million.
On the news front, HAO TIAN INTL announced on October 23 that it had acquired a total of 646 units of Ether through open market transactions, with a total cost of approximately USD 2.71 million. The cost of the acquisition was determined based on the buying and selling prices of Ether in the open market, and was funded by the group's own internal resources generated in the normal course of business.
It is worth noting that Ethereum, the world's second-largest cryptocurrency by market capitalization, fell below $3,300 on Tuesday as risk appetite in the market sharply declined due to the cooling enthusiasm driven by Wall Street's AI frenzy. Ethereum, as well as other cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin, followed the downward trend of US technology stocks, but the pullback in cryptocurrencies was much more severe compared to US stocks.
