AUTOHOME-S (02518) announced its financial results for the third quarter of 2025, with a total net revenue of RMB 1.778 billion and a net profit attributable to Autohome of RMB 436.6 million. The adjusted net profit attributable to Autohome (non-GAAP) was RMB 406.9 million. The Board of Directors has approved a cash dividend of $1.20 per American depositary share (or $0.30 per ordinary share).

Additionally, by integrating resources from Wuxi Online Offline Communication Information Technology Co., Ltd., optimizing the end-to-end user experience, we steadily improved the O2O platform system, creating an integrated ecosystem from traffic acquisition to transaction completion and after-sales service. In September, the trial operation of Autohome's online store was a significant milestone, demonstrating the major progress of our O2O strategy and further enhancing our new retail business model. Looking ahead, we will continue to explore synergies between Autohome and Cartier to drive the company towards a new stage of development."
