TONGDA GROUP (00698) announced that on September 29, October 31, and November 6, 2025, its indirectly non-wholly owned subsidiary Tongda Smart Tech used its idle funds to subscribe for several financial products, including the subscription of (i) the first China Minsheng Banking Corp., Ltd. financial product, the second China Minsheng Banking Corp., Ltd. financial product, and the third China Minsheng Banking Corp., Ltd. financial product, with subscription amounts of RMB 20 million, RMB 10 million, and RMB 47 million respectively.
