Sanfeng Intelligent Equipment Group (300276.SZ) announced that the company and its wholly-owned subsidiary, Huangshi Jiufeng Intelligent Electromechanical Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Jiufeng Intelligent"), recently participated in the signing of the "Changjiang Guoxin Intelligent Manufacturing (Huangshi) Entrepreneurship Investment Fund Limited Partnership Agreement". The company and its wholly-owned subsidiary Jiufeng Intelligent each invested 10 million RMB in the Changjiang Guoxin Intelligent Manufacturing (Huangshi) Entrepreneurship Investment Fund Limited Partnership (referred to as "Changjiang Guoxin Fund"), and each holds a 5% ownership stake in the Changjiang Guoxin Fund. This partnership aims to invest in the fields of intelligent manufacturing equipment, rail transit equipment, green intelligent ships, and other equipment.
