ORIENTSEC INT (08001) announced that on October 9, 2025, the Listing Review Committee held a hearing on the review. On November 4, 2025, the company received a letter from the HKEX stating that, after careful consideration of all facts and evidence, as well as all statements submitted by the company and the HKEX Listing Division, the Listing Review Committee decided to uphold the decision to immediately cancel the company's listing status in accordance with Rule 9.14A(1) of the GEM Listing Rules.
On November 5, 2025, the company received a letter from the HKEX informing them that the final listing date for the company's shares will be November 14, 2025, and the listing status of the shares will be cancelled at 9:00 am on November 17, 2025.
