MMG (01208): Xu Jiqing resigns as Chairman of the Company.

MMG (01208) announced that Mr. Xu Jiqing will resign as the Chairman of the Company and as a non-executive director of the Company, effective from the conclusion of the board meeting to be held on December 2, 2025, in order to focus on his role as Deputy General Manager at China Minmetals Corporation. The board of directors will consider and approve the appointment of a new Chairman at a future board meeting.
