HONY MEDIA (00419) announced that on November 6, 2025, the company plans to issue 638 million shares of subscription shares to Xie Xingxi. The subscription price is HKD 0.039 per share, a discount of about 2.5% compared to the closing price of HKD 0.040 per share reported on the Stock Exchange on the date of the subscription agreement. The net proceeds from the subscription are approximately HKD 24.62 million, with about 40% to be used for settlement and future payment of employee costs and office rental expenses; about 25% for settlement and future payment of statutory, compliance, audit, legal, valuation, and other professional fees; and about 35% for settlement and future payment of other expenses and general operating funds.
