Subsidiary of Chongqing Construction Engineering Group (600939.SH) jointly won the bid for the Jiangwan project (Phase 1).

Chongqing Construction Engineering Group (600939.SH) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Chongqing Construction Engineering Group Residential Construction Limited Company (referred to as "Residential Construction Company") and Chongqing Institute of Architectural Design Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Institute of Design") formed a consortium and received the bid-winning notice for the EPC general contracting project of the Jiangwan Project (Phase 1) in Chongqing. The project is located in the Nan'an District of Chongqing and adopts the EPC general contracting model. It mainly consists of high-quality residential buildings, supporting commercial facilities, and a garage, occupying an area of approximately 30 acres with a total construction area of about 100,000 square meters. The bid-winning price is 781 million yuan, and the project duration is 1020 calendar days.
