As of the end of October 2025, the Group has cumulatively achieved contract sales of approximately RMB 32.77 billion, a year-on-year decrease of 25.1%; the cumulative contract sales area is approximately 1.089 million square meters, with an average contract sales price of approximately RMB 30,090 per square meter.
