QINGCI GAMES (06633) announced that Chengdu Qingci Interactive Network Technology Co., Ltd. (an entity controlled by contract) has entered into a game authorization transfer agreement with Walt Disney (China) Co., Ltd., among others. As a result, Chengdu Qingci has obtained the authorization to develop and release the game "Disney: Legendary Tales" based on Disney and Pixar's intellectual property, for a period of three years starting from the game's launch date. The game is expected to be launched gradually in mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, and South Korea from 2026 onwards, with release dates varying by region.
The game combines elements of card battles and tycoon management, drawing inspiration from the Disney and Pixar films to present characters such as Elsa from "Frozen," Captain Jack Sparrow from "Pirates of the Caribbean," Woody from "Toy Story," and more. Players can freely place uniquely styled buildings, engage in simulated business operations, and collect multiple characters to participate in strategic battles through social interactions and team-ups.
