Xinjiang Communications Construction Group (002941.SZ) announced that the company's shareholder holding more than 5% of the shares, Xinjiang TBEA Co., Ltd. Group (referred to as "TBEA Co., Ltd. Group"), plans to reduce its total holdings of the company's shares by no more than 21 million shares through centralized bidding and block trading, accounting for no more than 2.88% of the company's total share capital.
