Anhui Ankai Automobile (000868.SZ): Provincial Investment Group plans to reduce its shareholding by no more than 1%

Anhui Ankai Automobile (000868.SZ) announced that the company recently received a notice from Anhui Provincial Investment Group Holding Co., Ltd., a shareholder holding more than 5% of the company's shares, regarding the implementation of a plan to reduce its stake in Anhui Ankai Automobile. Anhui Provincial Investment Group holds 59.85 million shares of the company (6.37% of the total share capital), and plans to reduce its stake by no more than 9.3951 million shares (1% of the total share capital) through centralized bidding within 90 days after the public disclosure of the reduction plan.
