Xi'An Typical Industries (600302.SH) has elected Wang Kunyuan as chairman.

Xi'An Typical Industries (600302.SH) announced that, in accordance with the Company's Articles of Association and the rules of the Board of Directors' special committees, Mr. Wang Kunyuan has been appointed as a member of the Strategic Committee of the Ninth Board of Directors of the Company, and will serve as the chairman. Mr. Wang Kunyuan has also been appointed as a member of the Nomination Committee and the Remuneration and Evaluation Committee of the Ninth Board of Directors of the Company through supplementary election.
