EDICO HOLDINGS (08450) subsidiary, Voice Production, enters into a cooperation agreement with Macau Star.

EDICO HOLDINGS (08450) announced that on November 5, 2025 (after trading hours), the company's non-wholly owned subsidiary, Voice Production, has entered into a cooperation agreement with Macau Star. According to the cooperation agreement, Macau Star (as the operator of the event) agrees to commission Voice Production to oversee and manage the setup and installation work related to the event venue. In consideration of Voice Production fulfilling its responsibilities and obligations, Macau Star is required to pay a total of 1.2 million Macau Patacas (equivalent to approximately HK$1.165 million) to Voice Production.
