According to the National Oceanic Forecasting Center of the Ministry of Natural Resources, Typhoon No. 25 "Haiou" passed through the central Philippines on November 4th and entered the southeastern sea of the South China Sea on the morning of the 5th. Its intensity is expected to strengthen further, with the potential to reach strong typhoon level. It is forecasted that "Haiou" will continue to move in a westward direction at a speed of about 20 kilometers per hour, and is expected to make landfall along the central coast of Vietnam on the night of the 6th, gradually weakening afterwards.
