As disclosed in the SFC announcement, the SFC recently conducted an inquiry into the company's shareholding structure. The inquiry results showed that as of October 17, 2025, 20 shareholders collectively held 88.908 million shares, representing 17.55% of the issued share capital. These shares, together with the 375 million shares held by a major shareholder (representing 74.06% of the issued share capital), amount to 91.61% of the issued share capital. Therefore, only 42.54 million shares (8.39% of the issued share capital) are held by other shareholders.
Based on available information and after conducting all reasonable inquiries, the directors confirm that as of October 17, 2025, and the date of this announcement, at least 25% of the issued shares are held by the public, and the company has maintained a sufficient public float as required by the listing rules of the Stock Exchange.
