RICI HEALTH (01526) announced that on November 4, 2025, its wholly-owned subsidiary Shanghai Ruici Ruibo Outpatient Department Co., Ltd. plans to purchase a residential unit located at 1st-4th floor, Building 13, No. 40, Lane 377, Longqi Road, Shanghai, China from Shanghai Donghang Real Estate Co., Ltd. The total construction area of the property is approximately 570.06 square meters, with a price of approximately RMB 199 million.
The directors believe that the acquisition is a good medium to long-term investment for the company. The property is located in Xuhui District, Shanghai, which is one of the core commercial and residential areas in Shanghai. Shanghai is an international hub for China's economy, finance, trade, shipping, and technological innovation, with strong economic advantages and massive development potential, and it provides a favorable investment environment. Considering the surrounding development projects and the growth of Shanghai, the directors are optimistic about the property's long-term capital appreciation potential. Therefore, the directors believe that the acquisition presents a good investment opportunity that can provide a reasonable level of return for the company.
