Cybernaut International (01020): Lv Yonghao has been appointed as independent non-executive director.

CYBERNAUT INT'L (01020) announces that on November 4, 2025, the Board of Directors of CYBERNAUT INT'L Limited (the Company) has accepted the resignation of Mr. Cao Ke (Mr. Cao). Mr. Cao resigned as an independent non-executive director and will no longer serve as the Chairman of the Remuneration Committee, as well as a member of the Audit Committee and Nominations Committee, effective from November 4, 2025. Starting from November 4, 2025, Ms. Lv Yonghao has been appointed as an independent non-executive director of the Company. Starting from November 4, 2025, Mr. Li Jinrong has been appointed as the Chairman of the Remuneration Committee, and Ms. Lv has been appointed as a member of the Remuneration Committee, Audit Committee, and Nominations Committee. The Board of Directors hereby expresses its heartfelt thanks to Mr. Cao for his valuable contributions to the Company during his tenure, and warmly welcomes Ms. Lv to join the Board of Directors.
