China Railway Construction Corporation (01186) announced that China Railway Construction Corporation Co., Ltd. will publicly issue the Technology Innovation Renewable Corporate Bonds (Fifth Tranche) for professional investors in 2024, with interest payments starting from November 11, 2025, for the period from November 11, 2024 to November 10, 2025. The first tranche of bonds will have an issuance amount of 1 billion yuan, and the second tranche will have an issuance amount of 2 billion yuan, with the bond abbreviations being "Tie Jian YK19" and "Tie Jian YK20." The face rate of "Tie Jian YK19" is 2.26%, with an interest payment of 22.60 yuan per 1,000 yuan face value (including tax); the face rate of "Tie Jian YK20" is 2.45%, with an interest payment of 24.50 yuan per 1,000 yuan face value (including tax).
