Guangdong Songfa Ceramics (603268.SH) announced that its subsidiary company, Hengli Marine Engineering (Dalian) Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Hengli Marine Engineering"), plans to invest in the construction of a ship outfitting terminal project, with an estimated total investment of 458 million yuan. The project will be located in the eastern dock area of the south bank of the Changxing Island port area; the construction includes a ship outfitting terminal, two lifting equipment, two boarding towers, public facilities, and supporting engineering. The construction period is expected to be around 12 months. Once completed, the project will be able to accommodate ship outfitting operations for 100,000 to 400,000-ton ships, and undertake construction tasks for high-end ships, offshore drilling platforms, offshore wind installation vessels, and other large marine engineering equipment, significantly improving shipbuilding and outfitting capabilities.
