TSE SUI LUEN (00417): Wong Ying Kit appointed as the company secretary and authorized representative

TSE SUI LUEN (00417) announced that, effective from November 4, 2025: (i) Ms. Cheng Hing Yee has resigned as the company secretary to devote more time to her other business commitments; (ii) Mr. Chan Wai Hong has resigned as the authorized representative of the company under Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules of the Stock Exchange. Mr. Chan will continue to serve as the independent non-executive director of the company, as well as a member of the audit committee, nomination committee, and remuneration committee; and (iii) Mr. Wong Ying Kit has been appointed as the company secretary and authorized representative.
