LAJIN ENT(08172): The listing committee has decided to maintain the temporary suspension of the company's trading of shares.

LAJIN ENT (08172) announced that the Board of Directors hereby informs the company's shareholders and potential investors that the Committee has scheduled a review hearing on the listing decision on October 21, 2025. On November 3, 2025, the company received a letter from the Stock Exchange notifying the company that, after considering all written and oral submissions from the company and the Stock Exchange, the Committee believes that the company has not maintained sufficient business operations and asset levels as required by Rule 17.26 of the GEM Listing Rules to ensure the continued listing of the company's shares, and has decided to maintain the Stock Exchange's decision to suspend trading of the shares in accordance with Rule 9.04(3) of the GEM Listing Rules. In accordance with Chapter 4 of the GEM Listing Rules, the company has the right to submit the Stock Exchange's decision to the GEM Listing Committee for review. In accordance with Rule 4.08(1) of the GEM Listing Rules, the company may request a review by the GEM Listing Review Committee within 7 business days of the Stock Exchange's decision (i.e. by November 12, 2025, or earlier). The company is currently seeking advice from its external advisors and will consider whether to request a review by the GEM Listing Review Committee of the Stock Exchange's decision. Unless the company applies for a review of the Stock Exchange's decision, trading in the company's shares will be suspended seven business days after the Stock Exchange's decision date (i.e. November 13, 2025). Trading will continue until a decision is made on whether to apply for a review of the Stock Exchange's decision.
