(Beijing OURGAME) has signed an investment agreement with Beijing Sanzhu Wu Consultancy Co., Ltd. (Sanzhu Wu). According to the investment agreement, Beijing OURGAME will subscribe for 51% of Sanzhu Wu's expanded registered capital. Upon completion of the transaction, Sanzhu Wu will become a non-wholly-owned subsidiary of the company. Sanzhu Wu has a strong core team, including a world champion in model aircraft, industry-accredited experts, and senior engineers. They have multiple inventions and utility model patents, software copyrights, as well as the first unmanned aircraft station in the southwestern region and the largest unmanned aircraft piloting exam and training base in China (covering over 200 mu) in Chengdu. Sanzhu Wu's complete business ecosystem includes AI unmanned aircraft research and development, AI system integration, drone competitions, talent training, and exams. They have deep technological expertise, a strong innovation capability, and rare qualifications such as the Civil Aviation Administration of China Sichuan No. 01 exam center, the China ASFC model aircraft certification base, and the Civil Aviation Administration drone flight training license. After the completion of the transaction, the company also plans to build a game esports entertainment venue at Sanzhu Wu's training base.
