Hsino Tower Group (601096.SH) announces that its subsidiary companies have been selected as candidates for the successful bid for the 65th batch of procurement activities of State Grid Corporation of China in 2025 (fifth round of bidding and procurement of transmission and transformation project line equipment materials). The subsidiary companies have been selected as candidates for angle steel tower packages 3, 5, 6, 14, 18, 27, 28, 36, 50, 53, 55, 58, 66, 68, 88, 93, 112, and 120; and for steel tube tower packages 2, 6, 10, 22, and 27. The total amount of the 23 packages is approximately 584 million yuan, accounting for about 5.76% of the company's audited revenue in 2024.
